Odyssey Adds Two More Wins Over The Weekend

NEWS

Odyssey Wins On LPGA and European Tours

The #1 Putter in Golf enjoyed another great weekend on Tour with victories at the Irish Open (European Tour) and the NW Arkansas Championship (LPGA Tour). The White Ice Sabertooth Putter won in Ireland while the White Hot XG Teron Putter took home the victory in Arkansas.

Odyssey has now recorded 13 victories on the European Tour alone this year, and the next nearest competitor has three. Odyssey has captured 24 wins overall across the major Tours in 2012. With numbers like these, it’s easy to see why over the last decade we’ve been #1 in wins on Tours across the world.

Browne Posts Third Place Finish At Senior Players Championship

Olin Browne carded two of the lowest scores in a major championship this year on his way to a solo third place finish at the Senior Players Championship. The Callaway Staff Pro moved into contention with a brilliant 8-under 62 on Friday and made a late charge with a final round 65. Browne  needed just 26 putts during his furious finish on Sunday with a Black Series #1 Putter.

Someone clearly forgot to inform him that major championships are designed for bad lies, dried out greens and crooked scores, not a birdie fest where a player can shoot 65 or better TWICE over four rounds. Browne continues to be one of the most consistent performers on the Champions Tour and he’s posted five top-10 finishes this season.

Watkins Rallies For Big Finish on the Web.com Tour

Odyssey Web.com staffer Aaron Watkins closed with three consecutive rounds in the 60s and earned a T4 finish at the United Leasing Championship. He led the field in putts per round and finished T4 in putts per GIR with an Odyssey White Ice 2-Ball model. This is his second top-5 finish in his last four Web.com starts.
