Odyssey Wins Hyundai Tournament Of Champions
Odyssey kicked off the 2012 PGA Tour season with a dominating win at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions. The tournament winner used a White Hot #2 Putter to lead the field in putts per round, and he went on to win by three shots. He also ranked second in the field in putts per GIR and third in strokes gained – putting. He made five birdies over the final 11 holes on Monday to lock up the victory.
Three of the players who finished T5 or better at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions used an Odyssey Putter. While the winner drained birdie putt after birdie putt with his White Hot #2 model, the other two Odyssey users who finished in the top-5 played a Tri Force 3 Putter and a White Hot XG Sabertooth Long Putter. The player who used a Tri Force 3 Putter ranked T4 in the field in birdies while the player who used a White Hot XG Sabertooth Long Putter finished sixth in putts per GIR.
